A highly specialised project involving the delivery of an eight-storey research facility including PC2 laboratories, specialist Tissue Culture Rooms, Wet Labs, Dewars Rooms, a Mass Spectrometer facility, ATAC space, Reception and Administration Offices within a highly constrained site.

All services were successfully integrated with those of the main hospital with minimal impact to the existing hospital and its surrounds.
