Manning Base Hospital – Vacated Imaging Refurbishment

Information

This design and construct project involves refurbishing an existing imaging space into a brand-new treatment area that will service the Emergency and other Hospital departments.

Building works include the addition of structural support members, alterations to the façade internal fire rating. Fitout works include internal finishes, furniture and equipment, new mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and fire services, medical gases, nurse call and security systems.

The delivered project will provide 8 patient treatment bays, holding bedroom, staff station, clean store, dirty utility, ensuites and storage.
