Warrick Lane Main Works

Information

This project is the first stage of the Warrick Lane Precinct Redevelopment at Blacktown. The project scope of works includes:

• Design and construction of a four-level basement 473 space car park
• New town centre “Main Street Plaza” set above the basement car park and a smaller pocket park ‘Warrick Lane Plaza’
• Construction of a single-storey commercial use building to the west of the Main Street Plaza
• Construction of a four-storey commercial use building to the east of the Plaza
