This project involved the refurbishment of the Maritime Services building at Rozelle.

The scope of works included the strip out of existing internal office space and refurbishment of approximately 4000m² (2 levels) including a lift upgrade, services plant upgrades and integrated fitout for the Roads and Maritime Services.
