Port Macquarie Housing Redevelopment

Information

Construction of three individual medium rise apartment buildings comprising 97 bedroom units in Port Macquarie for Housing NSW.

All three buildings were constructed concurrently and handed over in stages to help manage the complex tenant occupation process. 

The project was the largest single project undertaken by Housing NSW in the last 50 years.
