Construction of six distinct purpose-built buildings linked by covered walkways. The facility includes 135 dog kennels and 230 cat homes, reception and adoption areas, staff rooms, vet facilities, function space, and exercise yards.

The purpose-built, state-of-the-art BARC stands as the largest facility of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere.
