Construction of Building V for TAFE creative services (art, sculpture, ceramics, music, screen & media, photography, and studios) with AMEP classrooms and shared facilities. Refurbishment of Building O to provide office space, upgraded kitchen, and staff amenities across both levels. Work included accessibility upgrades to external stairs, car parking and landscaping.
