TfNSW CCPP St Marys Commuter Car Park

Information

Design and construction of two additional levels to the existing multi-storey commuter car park (originally built by AWE) providing 250 new spaces.

The scope of works included:

• Constructed on top of the existing multi-storey car park which remained in operation
• A new lift and extension of the existing lift and stairs
• Additional accessible parking spaces 
• Provision for future electric vehicle charging spaces 
• CCTV, lighting and wayfinding for improved safety and security
• Provision for future Transport Park & Ride infrastructure (Opal operated boom gates)
• Additional motorcycle bays
