Information

Design and construction of a ground plus 5 suspended levels commuter car park providing approx. 1250 additional car spaces. Includes feature façade, increased floor height on ground floor for future retail conversion, 2 lifts, metal deck roof with solar panels, electric vehicle charging and provisions for boom gates.

Built with the environment in mind the southern car park was designed and built to reduce embodied carbon emissions and adapt to climate change. The features include:

  • Over 1,500 rooftop solar panels that provides power for the building and sun protection for commuters and parked cars
  • A rainwater capture system which helps reduce localised flooding, filters impurities from runoff and assists in watering the new landscaping
