- Crows Nest Station – Public Buildings $100 Million – $600 Million
- Crows Nest Station – Winner Best Use of Bricks
- Darlington Public School – Public Schools: $25 Million – $50 Million (also nominated for the MBA National Excellence in Construction Award)
- UNSW Integrated Acute Services Building – Interior Fitouts $30 Million – $35 Million
