We are proud to announce that A W Edwards’ Blacktown Animal Rehoming Centre project has been honoured with the prestigious award for Public Buildings: $10 Million – $50 Million at the Master Builders Association of NSW 2023 Excellence in Construction Awards!
The annual Master Builder Awards recognises and celebrates outstanding achievements by companies and individuals in the NSW building and construction industry.
The purpose-built, state-of-the-art BARC stands as the largest facility of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere. Comprising six interconnected finger-like buildings, it provides a secure and inviting animal shelter housing 135 dog kennels and 230 cat homes.
A huge round of applause to the dedicated AWE team and all our invaluable project partners for their instrumental contributions to this outstanding achievement.
