A W Edwards was established in 1921 and has been a family-run business for much of the past 100 years. As it was then, collaborating with clients and suppliers, working with integrity and striving for technical excellence is part of the culture which endures to this day.
In 2018, A W Edwards proudly became part of Bouygues Bâtiment International (BBI), a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction. BBI has specialised in complex construction projects on the international stage for nearly 50 years. Visit the BBI website: www.bouyguesbatimentinternational.com
Our founder, Austin William (AW) Edwards, started out in 1921 by building cottages in Eastwood and a war service home in Collaroy, New South Wales. AW was known for his ability to build team spirit and earned immense loyalty and respect from his workers. We like to think he would be immensely proud of the vibrant, collaborative and diverse workplace we have become today and excited about the growth that awaits us.
