A W Edwards recently completed Stage 1 of the Children’s Medical Research Institute at Westmead. The works involved the highly specialised delivery of a nine storey research facility including PC2 laboratories and associated write up spaces, a clean glass room and tissue culture prototype.
The project was located on a highly constrained site, measuring 18m deep x 27m wide. The complex scope involved the integration of new works into the adjacent, operational CMRI building.
The AWE project team was commended for their ‘attention to detail, approachable demeanor, ability to problem solve and overall cooperation.’
Congratulations to all involved on the successful delivery of another high quality, complex health project.
