Cadet Program - 103+ years strong

A W Edwards’ Cadet Program is industry renowned for both its ability to offer relevant on-the-job training for cadets, developing some of the brightest future leaders of the construction industry.

Eligibility

As our program is designed as the practical complement to university courses, students in their first and second year of university will best benefit from this program.

The typical working week is 4 days, with university studies condensed into 1 day. Cadets must be able to commit to such schedule.

Relevant university course is Construction Project Management.

Timelines

Our cadets typically start in March, in line with University semesters.
We review profiles in the last quarter of the year in preparation for the new year intake.
