Bruce Edwards is pleased to announce that he has just signed a binding Share Sale Agreement with Bouygues Construction which will see its international building division, Bouygues Batiment International acquire 100 per cent of AW Edwards Pty Limited (including Rintoul Pty Limited).
This is an excellent outcome as it means we will have the opportunity to fully realise our potential for continued success in the Australian market while retaining our name, teams and capabilities.
