Information

This project was located on a very constrained site in the heart of Lavender Bay. Works included three levels of underground car park and the new premises for the Kirribilli Club.

Club facilities include function rooms, commercial kitchens, two bars, a stylish cocktail lounge, state-of-the-art conference facilities & function rooms and a premium TAB and gaming area.

Above the club are 20 luxury private apartments, all with three bedrooms and study. All apartments are over 200 square metres in internal area.
