Concert Hall
The 1,000-seat Concert Hall has become the premier performance venue on the North Shore.  It has been designed with stringent acoustic and other design standards.

Civic and Exhibition Hall
This flat-floor ballroom style space is supported by full catering facilities and ancillary spaces.  It is used for community, cultural and corporate events including classes and workshops, exhibitions, dinners, lectures, training and civic functions.

Public Open Space
This consists of an uncovered area of approximately 6,000m2 on two connected level, the lower at the level of Anderson St.  It includes a large level lawn, landscaped zone, Water Court and a surrounding paved promenade.

Library
The busy Willoughby City Library now occupies 5,000m2 on the lower ground level, entered via the main podium.

The completed project also includes a visual arts exhibition space, retail space, car parking over two whole basement levels and a 5,000m3 stormwater detention tank.
